zahra4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document governs the terms and conditions applicable between zahra4d as the platform operator and all users who access the service. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of zahra4d, whether via desktop or mobile device, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions in full and without exception. These terms apply to all registered users as well as visitors who do not yet have an account. zahra4d reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
2. Account Creation & Security
To use zahra4d services in full, users must register an account with correct, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account; creating more than one account by the same individual will be considered a violation and may result in account suspension. Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their password and all activity that occurs under their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer support team immediately. zahra4d is not responsible for losses caused by a user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the zahra4d platform in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. Users are prohibited from engaging in any action that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties, including but not limited to: fraud, betting collusion, system manipulation, and the use of unauthorized automated software. Users must also ensure they are at least 18 years of age and are acting on their own behalf, not on behalf of another party. Any violation of these terms may result in balance freezing, suspension, or permanent account closure without prior notice.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (IDR)
All transactions on the zahra4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits via available local payment methods such as bank transfer, digital wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA), and LinkAja. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply as shown on the cashier page within each user's account. Transaction processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and typically range from a few minutes to one business day. zahra4d does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, fees from the payment provider may apply. All withdrawal requests will be processed once user identity verification is complete.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
zahra4d provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including data loss or technical disruptions beyond our control. The platform reserves the right to suspend or close accounts of users found to have violated these terms, committed fraud, or engaged in illegal activity. In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be held during the investigation process. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through customer support, and any remaining balance will be processed once all requirements are met.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Links
All content available on the zahra4d platform, including logos, brand names, graphics, text, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by zahra4d or its authorized licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes; zahra4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users are advised to read the terms of each third-party site before interacting with them.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
zahra4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without specific notice. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they are up to date with the latest terms. Continued use of the service after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
